Electoral Literacy Club : Govt. College Chittur

Electoral Literacy Club has been constituted as per the directions of Election Commission of India to spread electoral literacy among the students.

Objectives:

1. To make the students about the electoral process in India
2. To help the students to register their names in the voters list
3. To conduct voter awareness programs in association with the election wing of the revenue department

Activities

• Conducts class campaigns to sensitise the students about voter registration
• Assists the students in voter registration
• Introduces EVM to the students with the help of election wing Chittur
• Celebrates national voters day

ഇലക്ടരൽ ലിറ്റരസി ക്ലബ്ബ് ഗവൺമെന്റ് കോളേജ് ചിറ്റൂരിന്റെയും,ചിറ്റൂർ ഇലക്ഷൻ വിഭാഗത്തിന്റെയും സംയുക്ത ആഭിമുഖ്യത്തിൽ വോട്ടർ പട്ടികയിൽ പുതുതായി പേര് രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യുന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ച ഒരു വർക്ക് ഷോപ്പ് (Empower Your Vote, Register your Choice) 21/11/2023 ചൊവ്വാഴ്ച രാവിലെ 10.30 ന് എം ജി ഹാളിൽ വച്ച് സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. പ്രസ്തുത പരിപാടിയുടെ ഗുണഭോക്താക്കൾ ഒന്നാംവർഷ UG വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ ആയതിനാൽ എല്ലാ ഒന്നാം വർഷ UG വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളെയും പരിപാടിയിൽ പങ്കെടുപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ഇടപെടലുകൾ നടത്തുവാൻ താല്പര്യപ്പെടുന്നു..
